”We had a great stay. George the owner is very proud of his property and showed us all around his gardens. The rooms were spacious, clean and modern. Very convenient to Daintree Discovery Center. All damage from the December 2023 “extreme rain event” have been repaired. Don’t hesitate to book. You can have breakfast and dinner at the hotel cafe. Otherwise, there are very limited restaurant options, and no markets nearby, so stock up before you get on the ferry, either at Mossman or Port Douglas....
”This was quite the lovely stay—easy in and out, powered with electricity to recharge my devices. Would definitely stay again. The food on site is also really tasty and reasonably priced. The biggest perk is that it’s open past 5pm unlike most other places in the area. ”
”A nice clean room with a comfortable bed. The tub was heaveanly after a long day of trekking around daintree and cape tribulation. Tv had a great selection of channels. Plus for having a toaster in the room in addition to the fridge and water heater. After hours service was fast and helpful, both check-in and check-out were a breeze. The only downside would be that there's no free wifi.”
