”Room not clean, a/c did not work, sheets were damp, shower not cleaned, room had significant odor”

”Important: there is ONE washer and ONE dryer that ONLY take quarters! It’s 2026 and you can not use a card for this! Of course lobby runs out of quarters quickly. And machines are always in use. This is important to note if you are there for a multi day tournament.”

”Wrong room was given to us and they were sold out. Full length mirror was ripped off the wall. Stains on the furniture and overall very beat up amenities. A child urinated on the floor during breakfast and the cleaning staff was going to wait til the breakfast was closed at 10 to actually mop it up and disinfect it. Overall terrible hotel for the price point. Pay a little extra and stay at one of the other two hotels on that road.”

”Room was clean, staff were professional, breakfast was average at best. There was no where available outside to sit and visit with friends, we either had to be in the lobby with several other groups gathered around the TV and a pinochle or cram into someone's room. A table and a few chairs outside would have been nice”

”Had to clean the room myself in order to be able to stay here. Was offered another room by the front desk, when I started I wanted to look at it first, was told there was no other room anyways!!! Checked in and there was cut up chair, busted ceiling light, wall sconces and tv were braced against wall barely hanging on, and everything was sticky!!! Only needed to be here two nights and needed the proximity to a family member and pet friendly is the only reason we stayed!!!!! The property never...

”It was our first time staying in a Quality inn and we had a great experience, carpet and room were very clean ,,it was a welcoming sight after a long drive , I would definitely be staying there on our halfway stop to our destination.”

”The Premier Extended Stay was definitely NOT what appears online. There were sketchy people hanging around and the rooms appeared nasty. Definitely somewhere we chose not to stay. I should be entitled to a refund but was told no.”

”They charge customers for toilet paper choice hotels don't usually do under miss management and it has roaches my stove was broken never fixed.”

”For the price, it was very good. The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. Very nice location, restaurants and stores were within walking distance. I wouldn't have an issue staying there again.”

”Great value if you only want the basics. No coffee maker in the room, shampoo and soap barely came out of dispenser and continental breakfast was pitiful. A big drawback is there is no place to plug in a phone chargerb. But, clean place and great value for the money”

”Staff shouldnt lie about what kind of rooms they have.reason I say this is because I booked a double bed room and when I got there was told all they have at the hotel is single bed rooms no double beds”
