”The staff service was wonderful. All needs were met and then some. The cleaning could have been better. We had to pull out a wad of hair out of the drain, there were hairballs/fuzz floating around the floor and the bathroom floor could have been mopped better. ”Great hotel. Excellent staff. The only negative about my stay is that the system was down, or out, which prevented the hotel staff from being able to activate key cards to the rooms. Each time you needed to get to your room, someone from the front desk had to take you there. At times, the front desk was busy so there was a wait, but overall, I enjoyed my stay.”

”The employees with whom we interacted — Gigi, Kim, the lady cleaning the breakfast area, and the lady maintaining the food selection — were all friendly and professional! So were the maid staff. We have one complaint: Duane, the manager, needs to update the time lock on the room key cards! Checkout is 12 noon; however, we were locked out at around 11:30. VERY inconvenient! Was not appreciated. Excellent buffet!”
