”The room was very dirty…I’m speaking about drip marks on walls and doors and stains on the chairs. Apparently, “non smoking” means someone hasn’t smoked in the room for an hour?
I would rate it even lower, but will say that the sheets, pillows and towels were very clean.
Someone banged on my door at 3 am and woke me up; the next night I had a roof leak and placed a wastebasket under it”

”We had a very late check in, about midnight. We were met with a kiosk and a live person on the kiosk. Very minimal lobby with only Ramen and canned sodas for sale. Room was relatively clean but not maintained. The TV wouldn't work, the outlets on top of tje bedside table didn't work and we could charge or use my portable fan. ”My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. From the moment I arrived, the experience was negative. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and treated me as if I had done something wrong. I was spoken to harshly and felt embarrassed by the way I was treated in front of other guests. ”Staff did not seem to care for their job, we were handed a piece of paper with 3 different room numbers & told to go physically check them before picking one. Upon checking the rooms, they were filthy with roaches and the doors were left open so anyone could have entered prior to us. The bed accommodations did not match what we had booked and the pictures on the website are nothing like the property. People of all natures are walking about the whole time, there was yelling from the neighbors...

”If going to Truist Park, this location is perfect. The walk is a little hilly but very doable and you avoid parking cost. The hotel is wonderful. Large room with a comfortable bed and plenty of space. We used the fridge for leftovers/drinks and it was great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. We enjoyed our stay!”
