The ground floor features a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table for eight, and a living room with a large leather sofa and a flat-screen TV. All rooms on the ground floor have access to the garden with a pool, and the kitchen and dining area lead directly to a large covered terrace with a table for eight and a Weber ceramic grill for preparing delicious Mediterranean dishes.
The villa has three large bedrooms, each with a private bathroom – one on the ground floor and two upstairs. All bedrooms have access to outdoor areas: the ground floor bedroom opens to the garden, while the two upstairs lead to a large terrace with furniture. Each bedroom is furnished with a box spring double bed (180x200 cm) with high-quality Serta mattresses, wardrobes, a desk, chair, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV (43'). The bathrooms are equipped with a shower, toilet, sink, and hairdryer. All rooms are prepared for guests with bedding and towels, and a baby cot and high chair are available upon request. The ground floor is designed without thresholds and has wider doors, making it suitable for guests with limited mobility.
The modern kitchen has everything a cook needs: a large fridge with freezer, induction stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, blender, coffee machine, kettle, and all necessary utensils.
The living room includes a cozy leather sofa and a smart TV (55'), and guests can also enjoy a DVD and CD player, a PlayStation, board games, and Wi-Fi with excellent coverage throughout the villa. The sofa can be converted into an additional bed (160x200 cm) for two extra guests.
