On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living and dining room featuring 1 sofabed, satellite TV, and air conditioning, with direct access to the terrace. This level includes 2 bedrooms, each equipped with 1 double bed and individual air conditioning units. The ground floor also features an open kitchen outfitted with 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Two shower rooms with WC complete this level.

The upper floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, mirrors the comfort and style of the ground floor. It features its own living and dining room with 1 sofabed, satellite TV, and air conditioning, along with direct access to the terrace.
