”The room was very spacious. The staff was incredibly kind. Thimphu is small enough you can walk everywhere. If you do a hike or anything they’ll make you a “to go” box. My ONLY complaint is you can hear noises outside, but if you are a heavy sleeper it will be fine. Wonderful hotel.”

”Value for money is great, staff are helpful during stay and before for coordinating driver/guide. The setting in the forest is much nicer than staying in town. The only thing I felt was a let down were the pillow, too tall and hard so had to sleep without.”

”I had a nice time staying in Khamsum inn . I wish I cound give them excellent rating. They need to work little more on that. Next time , I will ask for the room one above. Little away from noise and for a better view. Service staffs are wonderful , Like Drupchu , Purnima and others. Kitchen needs to be more professional. When I come back to Thimphu I know where to stay. Best of luck for Khamsum Inn .”

”Great place, very warm accommodating staff. The manager, the restaurant staff, front desk staff all so sweet . Restaurant accommodated my vegan diet . No complaints. Tani helped us whenever we needed anything ”

”The hotel is centrally located. Rooms are clean and the staff is very helpful. The serve good quality coffee and has a trained barista. The only downside is some of the rooms heating isn’t working at all. ”

”Delicious food, friendly staff, comfortable rooms. This has the whole package. Had loads of fun staying here. Had some problems with the bill payment but the staff went the extra mile to help me through the process. The owner is a fantastic man. My go-to place for whenever I return to Thimphu for sure!”

”Tourist friendly, excellent service, awesome food. Ultra clean. We reached the property very late by 9.30 pm. All were literally waiting for us, hot food and heated rooms. Location is also good , overlooking the big Buddha statue. Owner himself was there to look after the guests. It is on a cliff. Sufficient car parking. ”
