Stayed in a suite that was very nicely decorated and unique. Loved the vibe of the community areas including the fireplace room where we had a delicious breakfast! Love that bikes are available for guest use. Great location. Would recommend! ”

Super huge and spacious! amazing bathroom, all impeccably decorated and a most comfortable bed. the pool area is gorgeous and relaxing. the restaurant totally spectacular. they had Mercedes - like 5 of them of all types, including a Mayback that they just lend out to their guests for 4 hours at a time. ”Awesome property, I personally think it’s the best location. Close to everything but quiet and across the street is the ocean with sidewalk to walk on. Walked everyday along the ocean and also close to the beach, can walk on that all the way to kennebunkport inlet waterway. ”

Our room was unique, the property was quiet, and Amelia was so friendly. We enjoyed breakfast each morning with other guests and the best coffee - a special blend from a coffee shop in Kennebunk. Amelia had tons of amenities available to us - bikes, a fire pit with s'more supplies, cash honor bar, sitting rooms, coolers, beach towels, beach parking passes, etc.
The property was just a few minutes away from Kennebunk and Kennebunkport, with easy onsite...
