”Stated for a chilled out bank holiday weekend and it was perfect.. not very big which was exactly what we wanted. It has a really good pool but it’s set right on the beach which is sandy and looks on to the bay when the sea is calm and brilliant for snorkelling…. Best thing about the hotel is the staff…. All of them are really pleasant and helpful and Kevin, who is stationed on the beach to get drinks is an absolute star…. “Everyone should have a Kevin””

Het personeel spreekt je aan om te vragen of je geniet, of je lekker hebt gegeten of dat je lekker hebt geslapen. Het ontbijt is ook prachtig geserveerd. Er is veel variaties en wij hebben heerlijk gegeten! De smoothies zijn heerlijk.”

”Lived everything. We had a sea view room which had an amazing view of the sunrise. The room was spacious and very clean. Staff was super nice welcoming and helpful. Loved the property. Great pools, amazing landscaping, very well maintained. Not a sandy beach, but perfect for swimming and snorkeling. We highly recommend this hotel. If you can, try to get one of the beach front rooms. Worth the extra cost. ”

”Pictures/videos online almost seem too good to be true, but they don’t disappoint upon arrival. Great cleanliness in the rooms and a unique modern style to the rooms also. Food options were good, especially at breakfast and the hotel is located close to a beach (walking distance). For other excursions I would recommend renting a car. Would fully recommend and will be planning another trip in the near future. ”

"Palvelut perhematkaajalle hyvät. Rauhallinen rantaloma lasten kanssa. Sänkyjen patjat ovat mielestäni aika huonossa kunnossa ja ne tulisi vaihtaa kauttaaltaan. Hotellissa haluaa ehdottomasti nukkua siisteissä ja tahrattomissa patjoissa. Vähän jo pinnatkin alkaa kulumaan hotellihuoneissa, joten niitäkin tulisi alkaa jo remontoimaan. Siivoojat kävivät päivittäin ja pyyhkeet vaihdettiin päivittäin, tämä hyvä asia. Ruoka mielestäni hyvää tasoa. "
"Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel did not meet the expectations we had for a five-star hotel. While there were a few positives, the overall experience left much to be desired.
Cons:
-The overall standard of the hotel did not match the level of a five-star rating.
-The bed was uncomfortable, and the sofa bed was broken springs were visibly sticking out and the cushions wouldn't stay in place.
-There was a strange and unpleasant smell in the room every time we entered.
-The surfaces in the room were worn and in need of renovation.
-At the pool bar, it was unclear what food was available and at what time, unless dining at the buffet. We were asked to move seats after being seated, though we could have been directed correctly from the start.
-Access to the beach required crossing a busy road, which was inconvenient.
-No food or drink service was available at the beach.
-Staff at the pool bar/restaurant did not greet guests and we had to approach them ourselves to ask for the menu.
-The staff also came across as rude and irritated by our presence, which made us feel unwelcome.
-During the breakfast buffet, I asked one of the servers for more milk and she visibly showed frustration and annoyance, which was both surprising and disappointing.
Pros:
-Two different breakfast options were available (standard buffet and an adults-only breakfast).
-Slippers and bathrobes were provided in the room.
-A friendly gentleman was working at the beach taking care of sunbeds, which stood out"
"The view is magnificent and the staff very friendly and helpful. All the facilities are good. Only thing to complain was cleaning, we never got enough bath towels...had to go to reception to get one more."
