”This property has retained its beauty throughout the years. The property is clean and the staff pleasant. That said, there is not much around the property as it is out of the way a bit. This allows it to capitalize on convenience through its escalated pricing for even the most basic of amenities. Think of it more like a captive audience. The bathroom showed signs of wear and regardless of the time of day or night, the water pressure in the shower was barely enough to make it out of the shower...

”Daniella at the front office was lovely. The rooms are horrible. Website shows updates but that’s not accurate for all rooms. The room we had was cramped and dated and the linens were not soft at all. It’s noisy and for what we paid they don’t even have daily housekeeping! The beach location is very nice but the hotel is awful. The property does have a nice BBQ area and 6 Adirondack chairs ( only) facing g the water. We booked through EXPEDIA for the week of Easter. Thanks to Expedia...

”This property is family owned and run and they are lovely people. Matthew the owner was so friendly and helpful with restaurant and activity ideas and even sent a message on the date of arrival my room was ready at 11am instead of 4pm. The property itself is so pretty and clean and comfortable. I also met great people staying there and will definitely be back.”

”The hotel was historic but in very good condition. Everything was clean, location good and staff friendly. A gym would be a nice touch but the residential area is very walkable and safe for morning walks. Planning to return.”

”St Pete's beach oli ihana paikka, hotelli oli basic, sijainti OK, henkilökunta oli erittäin palvelualtis, päivittäisen social hourin aikana tutustui muihin vieraisiin. Pyyhkeet vaihdettiin hotellin puolesta päivittäin, muuten siivouksen sai hoitaa itse.”
