”When we booked we thought we booked a stay in the condos but we were booked in a Villa. This Villa was very old and had outdated TV and appliances, it was more like an old motel . We contacted the manager and explained someone had said they were upgrading us so we thought that meant the condos . We talked to management and got a room in the condos. It was a 2 br so we had to pay more. Once we were moved the room was acceptable. We will not stay here again. We had to pay extra for moving rooms...

”To start the place is not a cottage just 2 rooms and a bathroom sealed off from the rest of a house. The AC in the main room was a mini split system that was either out of coolant or broken. The bedroom AC was a through window unit that was loud but worked. The lamps in the bedroom were broken. No kitchen just a small kitchenette as advertised. I have stained in several VRBO units for both work and pleasure and this one was not up to the standards I have experienced ”
