”Good hotel in the middle of things in Luzern. Was there just for one night for business, but everything went really well. Clean, bed was comfy, check in and out fast. It was a nice touch that the mini bar was included in the room price. There was a selection of soft drinks. Would stay again!”
”Sydämellä hoidettu hotelli jonkin matkan päässä keskustasta, mutta ihan rannan tuntumassa. Hotellista sai qr-koodilla varustetun lipun, jonka avulla voi matkustaa ilmaiseksi paikallisliikenteen kulkuvälineillä. Erittäin ystävällinen henkilökunta.”

”Erinomaisella paikalla päärautatieaseman vieressä sijaitseva hotelli. Ystävällinen henkilökunta, isot ja siistit huoneet. Katumelu ei häiritse ja äänieristys on muutenkin hyvä. Ainoa ongelma saattaa olla lattian kautta välittyvä jytinä, jos sattuu lapsiperhe tai "kanta-astuja" naapuriksi. Sisäänkäynnin vieressä Europcarin toimisto, josta saa vuokra-auton kätevästi. Suosittelemme.”
”Hyvällä paikalla lähellä kaikkea. Aamiainen valitettavan huonosti hoidettu , piti olla 7-10, mutta klo 9:15 oli jo paljon tarjottavia loppunut ja klo 9:45 alkoivat jo tyhjentämään pöytää. Säälitti perhe joka tuli klo 9:50, saivat kaapastua rippeistä jotain, heidän ilmeet olivat aika kauhistuneet. Henkilökunta aamiaisella koppavaa ja tylyä, vaikka muuten hotellin henkilökunta erittäin ystävällistä ja avuliasta.”
”It was a really old hotel but in ok shape. Very warm in the room, had to keep the window open and you can hear everything from the street below.
The shower was ridiculously small.
There’s a minifridge in the room, which was nice.
The housekeeping knocked on the door at 7.30 am, ridiculous, way too early.
Good location close to Altstadt and train station.
Very expensive for what you get, but it appeared to be so in Luzern.
Free coffee and tea available on 2nd floor.”
”We rented the penthouse suite and loved it. Crazy expensive, but crazy good. Such a great space. Would have loved to stay longer but we are happy that we could stay there. Once in a lifetime stay!”
”A wonderful Hotel, close to Luzern, but at countryside. Great breakfast, friendly service, good quite hard beds, easy access, car parking, free bus tickets. Lovely walking paths close by. Easy to go to Mt Pilates. Just great! ”

"We had a private room with double bed. There was not much room to move around in the room, but we knew that since it is an old prison cell. Friendly staff. A fan in the room helped with the heat. We had our window open too, but that let in the noise from the people talking loud in the garden area at night. (Maybe a sign out there that mentions quite time at night?) The location is good and otherwise calm. No common kitchen area, but they let us store our few food items in the staff fridge."
"Very sympatic hotel, great service and location! The breakfast was wonderful and the breakfast room lovely. After breakfast time it was lounge and you could eat your own food and have coffee on the house. There was also a fridgerator with soft drinks and wine at very reasonable prices. Only down side was that we stayed there only one night. Next time 3 nights at least! "
