”Very clean and new. It was great to be so central and worth paying for a late check out. The lady that met us was extremely helpful and responsive to any messages.
The apartment number 24A that we stayed in was ground floor and it was easy for people from the street to see in through the window at the front. The bedroom at the back looked onto a courtyard. It could seem dark with the blinds drawn. We would have preferred to be upstairs but these are rooms rather than apartments. We would...

”We are family with two children: 10, 6. We stayed 10 days at the residence and we liked. Residence was clean and had stuff we needed. Service was very nice and they helped always. Children liked swimming in the pool (small, but it was enough). Hotel located near the beach so it was easy to visit there. Bus drived also next street.”

”Devis was great to work with. He helped us with reservations and set up a taxi for us. We had an issue with the WiFi and he came right over. The apartment was perfect for us. Everything in Rimini is within walking distance. Great place to stay and use for home base so you can take the train to other destinations for a couple of days and then come back to get ready for your next adventure.”

”Appartamento molto bello, curato e fronte mare.
