”This property is located in the HEART of Brandon, very convenient to everything. We weren’t accustomed to the “no maid service unless you request it” rule, and we didn’t care for walking to the desk to get an extra towel.”

”I'm glad they gave us conjoined rooms, the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The ac worked well. We also enjoyed the free breakfast, there were many options! We also enjoyed the pool table :)”

”The Front desk and security team were amazing!! Everyone was helpful and friendly. Laundry in our villa was a major game changer!! The one bedroom villa we stayed in for a week was spacious. My toddler had no problems with being cooped up on rainy days. Plenty of room to run. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook with. No need to bring anything. They even had a blender. The property is clean and well maintained with plenty of activities by the pool to keep you busy.”

”We have stayed here several times over the years and it never disappoints. It’s a well maintained facility with exceptionally clean rooms and common areas and the employees that we have engaged with have been both friendly and professional. Will definitely stay again.”

”The Retro was a nice place to stay. The only thing I would change would be to have another trash can under the table and put down something in the bottom of the tub. The bottom of the tub was very slick when trying to shower. It would have been nice to have some fruit and protein for breakfast. We had to go buy breakfast to get anything healthy. Overall was very nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful.”

”They try. The rooms are ok and seem clean. They really need to fix the foundational stuff. In our room...Toilet fill valve is messed up, remote falls apart every time you touch it, 32" TV?, clock won't display anymore, sheets are super scratchy...and the worst of all the beds are awful. No support at all, and you can feel the straps through the sheets. For a budget motel its fine and we have stayed in a lot, but for a 3 star we expected a bit more. The remodel they didnt even cut in the paint on...

”Property was very convenient to many attractions. The downfall was the lobby and the hallways were very hot, uncomfortably hot! Our floors, that weren’t carpet, were sticky. Our bathroom door also would stick and wouldn’t open all the way.”

”To keep it short I won’t go into a lot of detail, but overall for the price I paid on Expedia. This was a heck of a deal!! BREAKFAST: From what I read online, the breakfast was award-winning… I did not experience an award-winning breakfast but everything was hot and well tended. Honestly, I would give it a better rating if the coffee wasn’t so terrible but I had to outsource my coffee during our trip because the hotel coffee was awful. Also, there is no access to the lobby or the café until 7...
