The fully independent kitchen is equipped with modern appliances such as a dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and various kitchen utensils.

The house has two bathrooms with showers, a cozy living room with a fireplace and seating area, and a dining area perfect for sharing special moments. Pets are allowed, and private parking is available for 3 vehicles.

El Hondo is a protected natural area located between the municipalities of Dolores and Elche, in the heart of the Vega Baja del Segura. It is one of the most important wetlands in the Valencian Community and a true green lung for the region.
