Huoneistohotellit – Dombes

”We had one misunderstanding about the type of reserved room. Although I reserved a triple room for 3 adults (which price was reasonable that motivated me to reserve) ,but in check-in process in hotel was informed that actually the reserved room is for two people and for third one I must pay an extra money. I paid that extra amount, but honestly said if I knew about it ,maybe I had not got the room.”

”Fine and cheap hotel, relatively new so everything seems clean. One big minus is the cleaning, during the week I stayed at the hotel not once was the sheets changed or the floor cleaned. Towels were changed probably once. Cofeecups not chanced to clean ones. Also there was a quite terrible smell at the room.”

”Room was bit old.”

”Good ac. TV in bedroom a plus.”

”Property was difficult to find. This is a seniors complex which we were not aware of.”
