”Pros: La casa è veramente bellissima e in un’ottima posizione dove eccede la tranquillità..vicino alle spiaggia più belle del litorale. A fine via c’è un negozio fornito di tutto (escluso il pesce fresco). Ivan il gestore della villa sempre disponibile a rispondere alle nostre domande e curiosità. Cons: La piscina del condominio a cui si può accedere con una breve camminata era chiusa qualche gg per dei problemi del bagnino”

”Pros: Die Lage der Wohnung mit dem tollen Die Gastgeber sind mega. Der Ausblick bereits beim Frühstück und die Möglichkeit mit unserem Hund ans Meer zu laufen waren fantastisch. Auch der Spaziergang zum Café an der Straße mit super Cappuccino und Espresso war himmlisch. Perfekt auch die Aussendusche :)”

Huge bbq and great patio overlooking Chia and the mountains which we sat out on all the time. Franco the host is super friendly and helpful, contactable by WhatsApp and very responsive. He even gave us a couple of gifts! There are a few restaurants in walking distance in Chia but booking advised. Great base for the beaches of southern Sardinia.
