”The staff went out of their way to be welcoming and were incredibly kind 💗 and helpful 🌟 to me and to my pet when we arrived late at night after a long day of travel. The 2 room suite was spacious and sparkling clean, with comfortable beds and good AC, black out curtains, good linens, and plenty of good sized towels and coffee, etc... There were old, obviously indelible, permanent stains on the clean wall to wall carpets and on one 💺 in the bedroom, though the couches and everything...

”Power went out as soon as I checked in. Was not able to get into the room until later. Missed using the pool or using the restaurant. Our room got hotter as the evening progressed. Started at 72 and by morning it was almost 80. Shower was good, but the toilet barely flushed.”

”Non smoking room was an ashtray. Changed room. Veey dirty and run down. Smelled like marijuana everywhere. Pool was closed, we were very disappointed. Stay out of here.”

”Q+staff was nice, room clean, beds are way too soft, yiu literally sink, maybe they are a special mattress and we arnt used to them.. the room always kinda dark. We didn't get ro eat breakfast”

”Very nice and clean hotel. Rooms were spacious and extremely clean and comfortable. The indoor pool and hot tub were a welcome addition!”

”The room itself was very clean. The ac unit was on the opposite side of the room from the bed so it was a bit warm at night. But the ac eventually caught up and kept the room cool. The staff was friendly at check in. Breakfast was one of the better complimentary ones I’ve had this year. Hotel as a whole was humid and mosquitos were a nuisance. But overall good.”

”i really enjoyed my stay at the hampton. i’d say my only problem with the stay was that i arrived after my check in time and the front desk person told me i still had to wait for my room. however, it was easily fixed and i only had to wait like 10 minutes maybe. so it wasn’t a huge deal. other than that, it was a great time. the lobby was so nice and fancy looking, it looked inviting and it made me want to lounge for a bit. the rooms were beautiful and spacious, the AC was nice and cool when...

”Do not book this Motel 6 in Las Cruces. When I arrived, the front desk employee was in a heated argument with another customer who had also booked through Expedia. He was loudly insisting that the customer’s Expedia reservation did not exist. Before I could even attempt to check in, it was obvious this property was in complete disarray. The situation escalated to the point that police were called. This was not a case of me checking in, disliking the room, and asking for a refund. I never had a...

”Everything was really nice and going well till we didn't get help with cleaning the room. We had to discover the room didn't get cleaned after being out all day. Staff didn't bother to say anything till approached for toilet paper and towels. Other family stayed and got service, don't understand what happened for us.”

”Room wasn't cleaned very well, had to ask for utensils and coffee cups. The lady had to go ask for some from the hotel next door. Sheets and blankets had holes in them and the cable went in out all day”

”The room was great, but the Wi-Fi did not work. It said it did not match with the name. My husband could log in for a while but it stopped working and he had to log in, write name and address aso. again and again. When you work, pay bills, book hotels and events through the phone/Ipad the Wi-Fi must work. We come from Europe and we are not used to such bad connections. The Wi-Fi is essential and the bad connections and complecated way to log in is the main reason why I give low points. The...
