Majatalot – Doncaster

”Good accommodation in a great location for our needs. Shower and kitchen a bit small but ok for a short stay. Our host was an unusual character. Hard to get hold of before arrival and then seemingly uncomfortable with dogs? I had selected dog friendly accommodation only but there was no place to confirm dogs in attendance. We were contacted whilst out to say the dog was distressed. Although this was later downgraded. We we contacted or called on each day of our stay (?) which got a...

”Not enough room for parking unless you have a small car.Code key system for room very hit and miss. Very nice room when you get in,clean and spacious.”

”I stayed here whilst visiting Vicar Water County parkrun. It honestly felt as if I was staying with a family member, very friendly and great attention to detail to detail. My room was spotless and had everything I could have possibly needed. I ordered poached eggs and mushrooms on toast for breakfast, it was cooked to perfection. I can’t praise the owners enough.”

”quite and peaceful ”

”Confusing to check in. It should be pointed out that check in is at the cafe next door. Otherwise all ok for an overnight stay.”

”Rooms are very tired, dated and not standardised, carpets very dirty in rooms. Television reception was so poor that made viewing anything not possible. Wifi worked, not all televisions were smart in that couldn't view streaming services. Some rooms still have single glazing, meaning cold and very noisy. The kitchen was okay but missing many things like bowls, poorly equipped. Entrance was unlit, making later arrival difficult as unable to see entrance and unable to enter code. Cleaning...

”What a gem Creston Villa is! Thanks to Anna and Iain who made our stay a real home from home. From the breakfast with lots of choice, including so many jams, marmalades and relishes to homemade cookies to take with us for a later treat. We loved everything and we didn’t need to know anything about Lincoln before our trip, we could’ve learned it all at breakfast! Great location, easy walk into town or use the local bus service from just outside the property. Highly recommend. Thank you x”

”Kodikas majatalo hyvien kulkuyhteyksien varrella. Siistit ja kodikkaat huoneet.Todella ystävällinen palvelu ja autettiin päivämatkojen suunittelussa ja keskusteltiin muutenkin maiden kulttuureista. Huippu pariskunta tekee sydämellä työtä. Suosittelen”

”Ideal location with free parking. Room only- no food or drink offering but ideal if you just need a base. Plenty of places close by for food and drink. Tea and Coffee making facilities in the room with biscuits. Clean and comfortable overlooking the cricket pitch.”
