”Quiet and large property with helpful staff. Particularly Jennifer and Susan. Breakfast was a large selection of food and drinks. Spa was good and on property restaurants also good”

”We had a pleasant stay. The only issue is that this facility is not easily accessible. When we arrived, we had to walk down a long stairway to get to the lobby. Besides that, everything is fantastic!”

”Access to the hotel needs to be clarified at the lower entrance. And the hotel name - Cloudhaven Retreat (花开花落半山居) needs to be updated. The hotel is using another name right now. ”

They provided snacks and brewed tea during check-in, as well as afternoon tea that was delivered directly to our room. They also offered special services such as laundry and turndown service. It was marvelous that we could see Yulong Snow Mountain directly from our room window. Breakfast options were varied and delicious. My parents really enjoyed staying here. I would definitely...

”Great base just right outside the old town. Very clean, well built and great service by the crew. The cocktail bar is also a nice place to relax and unwind.”
