”As a host Kayla was 10 out of 10. She was friendly, helpful and always quick to respond to any messages. The property itself was very clean and comfortable. It was everything as described. It was close to town and other attractions (such as wineries) in the area. The price we paid was exceptional. If we ever need a rental in this area again, this will definitely be our first choice.”

”Our family loved our stay at Pa’s house! First time pulling into the Pa’s house property we knew it would be a great stay. The location worked perfect for our hiking adventures, most places were only a 20 min drive away. ”Cool renovated property that keeps that old fashioned charm. Spacious living with all the amenities you need for a vacation stay.”

”Was worth the amount I was charged. The owner was very nice and accommodating. I had one minor issue but was resolved in a matter of minutes. They were very fast in responding to me. Would definitely recommend and I will be staying any time I go back to Cape Girardeau ”

”Amazing place to stay. Excellent location, beautiful rooms and accommodation and the host was so responsive. We will definitely be back!”

”This is a piece of history. A photographers dream. It drew me into an hour of capturing images.”

”Nice place. We cooked meals inside on the stove but also over a fire at the fire pit. There is a small creek behind the cabin that runs when it rains out. That was pretty cool. No nearby light pollution so the sky is really dark at night and you can see a lot of stars. Overall a great experience. Two wineries close by. It's on the wine trail. Close to everything in Southern Illinois. We went to all the state parks.”
