”Clean, efficient, and the staff was outstanding!”

”Good breakfast”

”Good guest service, clean cozy room, entrance and reception area need improvement somehow”

”I have stayed here multiple times but this recent stay in October was very unpleasant because this hotel heavily restricts the AC. There was a mini heat wave last week, and my room temperature was 80F for most of my stay. They did provide a fan, but it barely made any difference. Even when the AC did come on from 11am to 3pm, the room temperature dropped only 4F after several hours. I was forced to move to another hotel, but they did refund me so that was good.”

”Room clean and comfortable. Staff very helpful”

”This is an excellent property with great AC. While other hotels restrict their AC during certain periods, this hotel is not one of them. Highly recommend this property for location, comfort and amenities.”

”It was very convenient to visit Paldalmun Gate at Suwon Hwaseong, the nearby traditional markets, and Suwon Chicken Street all in one trip. We were able to enjoy sightseeing, local food, and shopping without having to travel far. After exploring the area, it was also easy to find restaurants and convenience stores near the hotel for meals or anything we needed. The room was clean and comfortable, and overall, it was a great place to stay while exploring Suwon.”

”We chose this hotel only because in the hotel photo you see a pool in the rooftop. It was +35° hot day when we came, and we were told that we can't use the pool at all. That we should have made a reservation before we came, and the pool is for 8 people groups max.. At the hotel the staff spoke only korean, so they communicated with us only with phone app! First night at the hotel fire alarm started ringing at 05. My daughter did not wake for it, it was not enough loud in the room. It was...

”The location was great with plenty of restaurants nearby, and it was easy to catch a taxi. The room was clean, and since I stayed for a few days and tried two different room types, I got to experience both, which were both wonderful. The staff were also friendly, and overall everything was really good. My only regret and downside was that, due to an unavoidable situation, I had to check out early and couldn't use the room for the remaining days. Unfortunately, no partial refund was provided for...
