”we have been staying at this BB for almost 20 years now. We usually stay 2-3 times per year when we attend festivals in the area or just to stay in the quaint little town which we love. For many years the place had the same owners and Inn Keeper and they were always great and we became very close. ”The room was spotless , the breakfast couldn’t have been more wonderful. The owner and her daughter were the nicest people you could meet, I felt like I had known them forever. The decor was very eclectic and the artwork she had on the walls were amazing. I just can’t say enough wonderful things .”

”We really had a great visit in Mount Dora. The Heirloom Inn was quaint. It was located conveniently to everything downtown. The car stayed parked on premises until it was time to leave. When we arrived at approximately 3:00pm there was someone from housekeeping there that was very nice. She made sure everything was good. Overall great stay! ”

”it is an old, historic hotel, ful of charm but the rooms are small and I do wish they would get new carpeting because it looks dirty. But the sheets and bathrooms are extremely clean. I enjoy being there. ”

”I will be honest I wasnt expecting much being that everything was sold out in this area but when I saw how clean and also looked like it had just been remodeled inside everything looked new and refreshing. I was able to park truck and trailer and took the golf cart to dinner and drinks downtown. We will definitely be back to stay here. ”

”Everything was great, bed was comfortable, check in was easy. There was just one thing: I went down to ask if the front desk had a nail file and she looked at me like I had a hole in my head. Isn’t that supposed to be an amenity you provide if asked. I understand not having them in the room anymore - but to not have them at all and then when a guest asks for one to look at her like she is stupid for asking - I don’t think that’s an IHG standard. ”
