To explore, visit the natural splendor of Lake Donner's West End Beach, boasting 10 acres of sandy shores, sports courts, and boat rentals. In winter months, plan a visit to Sugar Bowl Resort, offering 100 ski trails for all levels of expertise - less than five miles away.



With plenty of living space and comfortable furnishings, the amenities will make you feel right at home. Floor-to-ceiling windows, cathedral ceilings, and a southern exposure ensure abundant natural light throughout the open living space. Gather beside the wood-burning fireplace with hot cocoa and enjoy the warm ambiance. Entertain and whip up home-cooked meals in the modern kitchen, outfitted with stainless steel appliances. When it's time to eat, grab a seat at the breakfast bar, rustic dining table, or out on the deck, with an additional dining area and a gas grill for easy family cookouts.



Spend the evening soaking in your private hot tub or chatting beneath the stars around the firepit. Living rooms on each level of the home offer plenty of space to relax at the end of the day, with 70-inch TVs on both the middle and top level and a 55-inch TV and huge velvet sectional on the bottom floor. A pool table, wet bar, dart board, cocktail classic video game table with over 400 classic video games, free WiFi, board games, and 55-inch TVs in every bedroom round out your entertainment options. At the end of the night, retreat to one of the inviting bedrooms to recharge for the next day’s activities.

Beautiful spacious house with great views. The hot tub and fire pit were an added bonus. Overall the house was clean with the exception of a badly stained bedspread and several dishes in the cupboards were dirty. The kitchen faucet needs repair as well as drywall in the stairwell and the bench by the dining room table. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again and have recommended this place to our friends.

Amazing Retreat

The wide open outdoor spaces with incredible views of Donner Lake and the Summit made for a relaxing place to spend time with friends and family. With plenty of amenities there isn't much else you could ask for on a mountain retreat. Quiet neighborhood, in a stunning place. Its a must stay if you're wondering where to be to entertain on your trip!

Spacious lake view home

Great rooms with lots of space for your family/group with good layout. During winter it can be hard to heat the top floor so bring firewood for the fireplace in the main living room and enjoy your stay.

Wonderful view and location

We highly recommend this property! The house has a great view of Donner Lake and big windows and decks to take advantage of it. We found the location right off 80 freeway to be super convenient. Also the home is well maintained, clean and appointed with everything you need. Very comfortable.

Excellent home for a race weekend

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. It was very clean, had everything we needed and provided plenty of space for us. It’s actually a 3 bedroom, 4.5 bath home, which I don’t believe is in the listing. The views of the lake were lovely with an evening glass of wine. My husband did the Donner Lake Triathlon this weekend and it was just close enough to get there easily and just far enough to be quiet and secluded. I would love to stay here again for our next trip to Donner.

Great donner get away!!

Awesome stay! The pictures do not do it justice! Super clean place, beautiful deck! No kitchen supplies, meaning spices etc, other then a few pots and pans! So just remember to bring all items needed to cook ingredient wise!

Heaven at the Lake Family Reunion

The whole experience was a breeze. Very Informative, easy to understand. The view was priceless. The quaint little street was quiet. This house was exactly what we were looking for when we decided to have a family reunion. Very comfortable! Every room with a TV and Internet. Games and room for all to enjoy.
