”The waterfall was beautiful and only a short walk away. The cabin we stayed in was stunning and well used during the rain with its huge verandah. We would have stayed forever but unfortunately we ran out of money! Teressa was wonderful and we hope to chat again over a cuppa tea next time when she is not rushed. ”
”Parking is shocking around Byron Bay, The Shire is greedy and tourists will stop coming when you have a $5 per hour parking policy - so you get a coffee for $3.50 and pay $10 parking!! Ridiculous!! So you have lost me Byron Bay. Problem is, you can’t even park in the street to check in (maybe they should have a private spot)
Parking at hotel is excellent once you have checked in, at the hotel car park
I feel sorry for any business in Byron Bay as in my opinion, the Shire will close them up...
”I liked this place, atmosphere was very hippy and relaxed. This is a place like no other that I've stayed while travelling. I recommend this place if you want to stay near the nature and just chill out! During my 3 days there was a lot of things to do, we had a concert and I think we had an opportunity to go on a bush walk (I was too lazy to go). Many differerent kinds of rooms so everyone gets what they want. The center of the town is not too far, 5 minutes by walking.”
