”The first night of our stay our room temperature was quite warm (hovering around 26), but we were too tired to deal with it. The second day it reached 28C which was uncomfortably hot. We called the front desk for the first time around 1pm and asked for someone to come check our thermostat - nobody came. We called a second time around 3:00 and requested the same - again waiting so we could accommodate maintenance - nobody came. It ultimately ended up being a waste of our entire afternoon and...
