”Room was very cold ( plastic curtains over large patio door ) water was lukewarm, toilet cistern ran all night . Only 4 UHT milk and one earl grey tea bag !!Charged for parking in The Burford Car Park Area to right of room block on grass was covered in dogs mess !!Shocking place ”

The apartment was clean, the bed very comfortable and it had a washing machine, microwave, tv and fridge - everything you would need for a short London stay. ”I got to the hotel late at night and the self-check-in process was really easy. I had booked a deluxe room and it was located on the ground floor so luckily I didn't need to climb the stairs with my luggage. The room was very spacious and the kitchenette area was separated by a door in my room. At first I thought that the windows were open because the street noise was so prominent, as other reviews also mention. The windows were in fact shut but extremely thin so the noise is aggressive....

”Very spacey for a studio due to the high ceiling. Clean as one would wish. Easy self-check-in & check-out thanks to clear instructions. We had a first floor apartment, where the air did not quite move: had to crack the window for the night (every night). If not, we woke up every night due to the high temperature. This was beginning of May, wouldn’t enjoy the stay during the hotter summer season. Unfortunately the noise from the street woke us up every night since we HAD TO keep the window...
