”Staff was helpful. There was a little league baseball team there and the kids were running all over while parents drank beers and played cards in the lobby. The staff were the ones telling the kids to stop running around. Felt bad for staff!

”The price and the location were only the beginning of why we gave the location five stars. The staff here saved the day when the card reader was shorted by an electrical surge. This meant staff needed to escort people to their rooms every time they came and went. What was obviously a frustrating experience for all involved was handled with professionalism, calm and kindness. They rocked.
Also, in addition to the care we received, the staff comped our valet, which would have otherwise cost...

”This was a great find for a last minute trip. Room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. Staff was very friendly. The breakfast area was very clean and good options. My only issue was the broken ice maker on the main level. You had to go up to the3rd or 4th floors for ice. At least they were right by the elevators.”
