”This was a great home base for a weekend visit to Richmond with our dog. Easy walk to Caryrown and a bunch of other restaurants around The Fan. The apartment was clean and well equipped, and the bed was comfortable. As some have mentioned, was loud at times, especially the first night when they seemed to be walking around late into the night. I’d suggest earplugs just in case.”

”I stayed at the Magnolias during one of my friend's wedding weekend. The magnolias was a great place to recharge from all of the activity. Check in was easy and streamlined and there was an abundance of cute animals around. (Ducks, an orange cat, and the dogs of the owners) The suite is completly private and many amenities have been provoded along with a kettle, microwave, taster and keurig. It was a comfortable and clean place to stay. ”

”This was an adorable log cabin place, in a great location, and filled with amenities to keep people entertained. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit which was used at night and the lovely back porch & rocking chairs used in the morning. There were parts of the house that could definitely use some TLC (ie. broken trim, missing lightbulbs/insufficient light), but our group wasn’t too bothered by those things. ”Nick was a gracious host and an excellent communicator! This property met all our needs with adult children and grandchildren - everyone had their own space and plenty of things to do. ”The house is thoughtfully designed. If you book this property because someone in your group is wheelchair bound, the house does have a outdoor elevator giving access to the second floor, however the doors on the second floor are tricky to get through, they don’t have a ramp for the small step in the entry way. ”The location was perfect! The house was large enough for our needs as was the yard. The decks/patio/garage desperately needed to be cleaned, we could not even sit outside sadly.
