”This is absolutely one of the best hotels!! Super family friendly. Spacious rooms. Super friendly staff that are also knowledgeable! Conveniently located near Dotombori, the train station, food, 7-11, Lawsons!!! Will 💯 stay there again if I go back to Osaka!! ”

”The room was clean and in good condition. The window in the room had a blurry film, so you couldn't see the view and it felt like you were in a basement even though it was on the 10th floor. WiFi worked well. ”

”The location is really Great with an easy access to all shops and restaurants you might like. My room was small but it works if you don’t like to spend your time in Osaka at your hotel room. There is a supercool jakuzi with a Great sauna (dry, Finnish type). In the sauna there was even a TV😱. They serve free beer/wine/local whiskey before Dinner time between 7 and 9 pm. ”

”Other reviews stated that the hotel is dark which was concerning when we made the reservation. Hotels atmosphere is dark for sure but thats just the modern style of the hotel. There is plenty of light in the room in my opinion. Everything looked new and the desing was refreshing. Highly recommended. Fitness room only had cardiomachines so thats a bummer. 9/10. Ate breakfast in the city so cant comment the restaurant. ”

”I stayed at the hotel for a week, from Monday to Sunday, and everything was just perfect from check-in to check-out.
The reception was well staffed, with personnel readily guiding the hotel guests. On my way to the room I was offered help with my luggages, and during the check-out I was prompted if I'd want to leave my luggage for the storage. In general the personnel was very willing to help, without me having to separately ask for the help.

”This place is interesting as they seem to be transitioning from a love hotel to a legit hotel. Hence some interesting food perks, various small items, bathtub aroma varieties etc for free. Free curry starts from 7 am until 5 pm. Free popcorn, free drinks ( wine and some cheap pours ) etc. for the price I paid not bad at all! ”
”Location couldn’t be better. Very easy to get from KIX airport to Namba Station or Ocat bus terminal. Short walk to Dotombori and Shinshaibashi for food, shopping and nightlife. Room was small but cozy, bed was excellent. ”

Hotel nel complesso pulito, camere piccole per gli standard europei ma funzionali quindi va benissimo.
Aspetto molto positivo quello del free bar e del ramen serale.
Eccellente il servizio di reception e del servizio ristorazione/bar.
Piacevoli gli eventi tematici, aumenterei di 30 minuti la durata per permettere a più ospiti di godere degli eventi.
