”This was a locally owned property that Quality Inn bought and updated a bit. So there are some motel rooms and some hotel rooms on this property. The first night we were put in a motel room. I don’t typically stay in a motel room but I liked that our car could be parked right in front of our door. This room was a bit dated but it was clean, cool, and beds were comfy enough. ”Nice place to stay. Convenient to hiking. Biking and tours. Breakfast was okay. Staff friendly. Parking great. Parked right outside our room.”

”It’s a nice clean hotel with friendly staff. However the breakfast is sub par and the beds are pretty hard. If you’re only looking for a place to sleep and nothing else then it’s a good option.”

”We stayed at Comfort Inn & Suites Munising-Lakefront and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was clean, well maintained, and offered a great value for the price. Our room was comfortable and inviting, and the lakefront location made the stay even more enjoyable. Waking up to beautiful views of Lake Superior was definitely a highlight of our trip. ”The view of the lake and balcony outside each room is nice. The staff were very nice and wonderfully helpful. The first room I had was not clean (hair in the tub, thick dust on the furniture); however, the front staff were apologetic and it was not a problem to move to a different room, which was much better. They had attributed the issue to a recent turnover in cleaning staff that is now better.”

”Alot of noises were being heard from the floor above. Walls were paper thin. Alot of screaming and yelling.floors above you could hear as people walked up stairs. And the worst part was it sounded like a brothel when the people up stairs were going at it around midnight, the floor upstairs sounded like it was ready to fall on you bed and all. Not a nice place to go with kids. Doubt I'll ever go again.”

”This was one of the most disgusting motel rooms I’ve ever stayed in. The pictures online are not representative of the rooms at all. The rooms were so dirty, I was worried about pests and bugs. I didn't even sleep in the bed, I slept on top of the bed in my own sleeping bag. Also, I did t shower here because the shower was so stained and the shower head looked like it was about to detach from the wall. DO NOT STAY HERE”
