”The room was disgusting, we discovered a roach in the bathroom , the phone wasn’t working so they ended up switching rooms for us. The other room tub was dirty , had hair everywhere & the microwave wasn’t cleaned either. ”

”This room had roaches crawling around i checked out with in an hour ....did company ask you for a refund on room because i asked and she told me that third will refund me ....”

”Room wasn't as clean and in shape as expected, shower rod was halfway broken, towel rack the same and someone tried to put tape on it. Staff was super friendly and helpful. So many stores, restaurants, and places to go near by. ”

”Hotel staff was very kind. The room was very nice and my stay was peaceful. However, this reservation was supposed to have been cancelled as I ended up having to pay again when I was told when I arrived that Expedia wouldn’t allow check in for 6 hours after I arrived so I cancelled this reservation and paid again in person at the site. Still awaiting a refund ”
