Cocoonr is pleased to offer ‘La Source’ for rent: a semi-detached house ideally situated on the shores of Lake Annecy, within a private residential complex comprising five properties. You’ll enjoy direct access to the lake via a small path (you’ll need to cross the road).

- Direct access to a superb 100m² terrace with lake views, a 5-seater hot tub, outdoor furniture, 2 dining tables and a plancha

- Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160x200), en-suite bathroom with shower and hammam, washbasin and wardrobe

- Separate bathroom with double bath, double washbasins and toilet
- Lake view from the hallway

Outdoor areas:
- 100m² terrace with hot tub (use permitted until 10.30 pm) and lake view
- Marquee with bar counter and bar stools
- Outdoor solar-heated shower, sun loungers, sofa and dining area
- Play area (with tennis net) available for the entire residence
- Lake access reserved for owners, located across the road. Tenants are not permitted on the jetty.

- Private parking: 1 space in the garage (with space for bicycles) and 2 spaces in front of the garage

La Source is situated at the far end of Lake Annecy, just a short walk from the lake and a 5-minute drive from the centre of Doussard.
- Cycle path running alongside the lake, 2 minutes away by bike
- Shops: bakery, greengrocer, supermarket, delicatessen, chemist’s… 5 minutes’ drive away.

Activities:
Go hiking on the Semnoz, cycle along the lake’s shores, experience the thrill of water sports (wakeboarding, private trips…), explore the local heritage on cultural tours (Annecy Lake Ecomuseum…), take to the skies for a paragliding adventure, and stroll through Annecy’s old town. Food lovers can enjoy bespoke gastronomic experiences thanks to our chef services (delivery, private chef…). All your activities and services can be organised by our local partner, an expert in personalised holidays.

Transport:
- The regular SIBRA Y51 bus routes, with a stop located near the villa (Doussard - Bout Du Lac), provide easy access to Annecy town centre (around 30 minutes) as well as the beaches in neighbouring towns (Duingt, Saint-Jorioz, Sevrier)
- Geneva International Airport is approximately an hour’s drive away. Bus services and private shuttles also run between Geneva and Annecy. For greater comfort, we recommend using taxis or private hire services.
- If you choose to travel by car, a private parking space inside and in front of the garage is available for your use.

- The property is entirely non-smoking
- Parties and noise disturbances are strictly prohibited
- Hotel-quality (4/5-star) bed linen and towels are provided. The beds will be made upon your arrival. Tea towels and bath mats are also provided.
- We are happy to welcome your pet (dogs up to 8 kg), subject to a surcharge of €40. For any special requests (heavier pets, a second pet, other types of pet, etc.), please contact us: we will consider your request carefully.

On arrival, you will receive a personalised welcome from a service provider selected by the Cocoonr Annecy agency. They will show you round the accommodation, answer any questions you may have and hand over the keys.
