The house is well stocked and has every last item anyone would need. My husband liked the upstairs office area so he could work in the mornings. ”The house and grounds are beautiful, especially if you appreciate old historic houses. Issues did arise ut Chelsi responded very quickly. The kitchen is modern w room for lots of cooks. We made use of most of the amenities -pool, sauna, theater room. Location is great- near beach and rail trail, and short distance to rye, Portsmouth, kittery . It worked perfectly for our college roommate reunion.”

”This was the perfect sized beach house in the perfect location. The house itself was at the end of a little lane that empties onto Ocean Blvd, next to the beach. The house is very comfortable and has everything you might need for a beach visit. King Size master bed was super comfortable and the boys loved their bunk beds.
