”This seems to be a hotel in transition and it has major problems. Regardless of the staff's efforts the hotel needs major capital repairs and updating.”

”It is a refurbished hotel with a new name I believe. It has the basics. Clean, comfortable bed. WiFi works. Coffee 24/7. Friendly staff. On the other hand, the room didn’t have any place to hang clothes on a hanger. No cabinets with drawers. There was one room on the side that had nothing in it. We were there for 2 nights. So, it was ok.”

”Nice, affordable place to stay. Wasn’t aware until check-in that they were installing a new TV provider. Air conditioning fan was very loud which had to be turned off at night.”

”I was in a bind and had to book at room at this place. I paid $482 for a night (surge pricing) and ended up not staying because it was not clean. The bathroom in lobby said out of use, yet as I waited and rang the bell, the staff member came out of the bathroom. What? Out of order but he comes out. Hotel room toilet had something sketchy and hotel in general had a bad odor. We did not stay but didn't get a refund.”

”The hotel had only one flaw. The pillows were overstuffed, hard and impossible to sleep on. I slept without one on the first night then went to Target to buy a pillow. May I suggest the Goldilocks solution. Since there are 3 pillows - one should be hard, one medium and one soft. All just right for for the traveler ”

”Room was clean, staff were friendly, waterpark was great! It’s closed during the week, but they will open it for guests. The large slides don’t run during the week, but my boys had a blast having the waterpark to themselves for 2 days! Breakfast was good and the lobby has an excellent seating area! Great location off 94 and near some good restaurants. Our bathtub wasn’t clean but we just dealt with it since it was a short stay. Otherwise we had an excellent stay. ”

”Our stay was unfortunately a very unsettling experience from the start. When we checked in and were given our room, we opened the door only to find that it was already occupied by other guests. Walking into a room with strangers inside was shocking and honestly quite scary. It raised serious concerns about the hotel’s organization and guest safety.
