”The Anchored Inn at Hidden Harbour Marina is a small gem of a hotel in Deale, Maryland. The staff was incredibly kind and professional. We were there "off season" and enjoyed the quiet. The room was a little small, but the bed was very comfortable. We would stay at the Anchored Inn again in a heartbeat!”

”Hotel overall is very clean, nice room space, the amenities are 10/10 but the staff is not that friendly, they have a little attitude to answer just a simple question, I need they need more customer service skills ”

”Didn't use laundry service, however dryer was out of service. Room was nice. Used the exercise room, surprised there were no cleaning products in the room to clean equipment after use :( .”

”Check in with as very easy and the front desk staff was pleasant. We were given a handicap room near the elevator. (we did not request this) The shower was so hot that it nearly burned me. Before I could even turn it down the water temp dropped. Just as I was rinsing my hair the water temperature became scalding again. The hotel should definitely do something to regulate this especially in a handicap bathroom. ”

”The room that I stayed in smell like the previous person prior to my visit. The furniture need to be wiped down due to the previous person‘s body oil. ”

”Standard motel. Clean room, looks renovated. Common areas look a little run down. Halls smell like cigarettes and motel. Front desk staff adequate.”

”The reception told I would get a quiet room that I had requested upon booking. Eventually, my room was right on top of the main entrance where I could hear all the cars leaving their guests to the hotel. There was also a small playground facing my room. The noise was even worse because the door of my balcony couldn't be closed completely. Sound proofing in my room was also very poor and I could hear my neighbors and people walking on the aisle. There was also smell of smoking coming into my room...
