”The place was extremely clean and pleasant, the staff was really nice, the pillows could use a up grade as they went flat. The breakfast could use up grade too, I would highly recommed staying here.”

”I have never enjoyed a hotel experience more!
The suite rooms were fabulous, the staff was VERY friendly, accommodating, helpful, and fun, and the location was perfect. I not only wouldn't think twice about staying here again, I would plan any time in the area around the joy of staying in the hotel.
We planned a family reunion in Asheville, and everyone in our family had the same positive comments about the Kimpton Arras hotel.”
