”It’s a good location for downtown, and most of the staff seemed nice. We called one morning asking for help with the WiFi without creating a Marriott account, and they told us to use the guest WiFi and finished with “I don’t know what to tell you”. I also didn’t realize it would be the barn style doors for the bathroom. That’s actually something I hate, so if you’re going with others and don’t plan on using the room alone, maybe take that into consideration. I’m also going to gripe about having...

”I have never enjoyed a hotel experience more!
The suite rooms were fabulous, the staff was VERY friendly, accommodating, helpful, and fun, and the location was perfect. I not only wouldn't think twice about staying here again, I would plan any time in the area around the joy of staying in the hotel.
We planned a family reunion in Asheville, and everyone in our family had the same positive comments about the Kimpton Arras hotel.”

”Stayed 3 nights at this hotel, and was very pleased. The room was a nice size, and my wife had enough space for all her makeup in the bathroom. A great bar with indoor and outdoor seating. One of the things I really appreciated was that you could get a nice cup of complimentary coffee. I really get annoyed when I pay the rates hotels are now charging, and then want to charge you another 6 bucks for a cup of coffee. May not be a big deal to many, but it is a return to when nicer hotels offered...

”While the location was extremely walkable, valet parking was $25/day. The view of the mountains was incredible. However noise from other guests traveled easily. I only used Cambria for part of my stay; my second hotel was a better value with a tub and no parking fee.
