”This is my 2nd stay in just a few months. Once again the ice machine on the 2nd floor wasn’t working Would be nice if there was a covered area when checking in/out. Was pouring down rain when I was ready to check out but wasn’t about to do it in the heavy rain.”

”This used to be much nicer with much more attentive staff. Staff we talked with, English is a second language. A bit difficult to understand The room furniture was well used, sofa bed showed lots of wear and tear. Bed was comfortable. We had an issue with their "room service". I would never order from them again. Overall, if you are just staying the night, might be worth the discounted price.”

”We started off with trying to check in at an un-manned front desk in the weirdest hotel “lobby” ever. I had to call twice on the phone to get anyone to come to the desk. Then the man was extremely slow and seemed very confused through the process. Despite having a beer & wine cooler at the desk he was unable to sell us one due to not having a license….? ”It’s was just ok for one night”

”Building seemed somewhat out of date. My pillows were very limp. Elevators certificate expired in Jan 2026. Pool was not open/closed down due to some issue in the pool. Toilet seemed to be somewhat loose at the base and jerked when you got up. Not impressed.”

”We only stayed one night, but end up at a different hotel because we end up extending our trip. We should have gone back to this hotel. We had a good stay.”

”The pool was very cloudy and dirty. Foam beads floating in the pool, no place to put used towels, broken rafts laying around, kids unsupervised in the pool cussing and yelling. Woke up the next day and the pool look exactly the same as the day before. Dirty towels laying everywhere. Smelled like weed as soon as you walked into door 7,”
