”Nice location, close to town, shopping, hospital for appointments. Etc. Staff are friendly and helpful. Stayed in one of the jacuzzi. King bed rooms. It was really relaxing and nice, it had been renovated in the fall of 2025. Plus had 1st floor door to the pool area which was nice to get some fresh air and sun. I didn't have time to eat the breakfast this morning, I was in a rush. Sorry.”

”The hotel is a very old one since 1808. The location is excellent right by the Main Street. The inside pool is very nice. The rooms are clean but you can feel they’re old. Lots of free parking space”

”We came here because of location, reviews and amenities. This location is NOT accommodating at all off season. 1. Restaurant closes without warning. 2.pool closes without warning - cheap towels even for a toddler to dry. 3. Stale breakfast items with no dates, no tea bags, juice machine wasn't working, waffle maker was peeling, no lids for cups. No accessibility to hot water after hrs-machine locked in restaurant. (And they wanted to sell bottled water). 4.Their bathroom soap is horrible....

”Its a weird place, I was the only person there that I know of. Staffing was very limited. This was all fine for a single male, in discussing with my wife who did not come, she stated that she likely would not have stayed. If sparse staff was communicated in the listing, I missed it, that could be just me. Otherwise, it was all good, clean, convenient, everything functional.”

”The room was comfortable and the parking was great. However, if a property advises that it has a pool, then the pool must be available at least some of the time. Because the property also acted as a health club for locals, the pool was never available for us. The pool has a limit of 4 people at one time, which is utterly ridiculous and not in line with pools at other hotels we stayed at locally. Also, there was no signage about this, and we weren't told about this verbally, so we only found...

”Wonderful stay at the Pequot! It was our first time in Martha’s Vineyard, and wow we were amazed. This hotel was so adorable and had character. On our first night, there was wine service, snacks and a local musician playing on the porch. Me and my friend sat on the rocky chairs, enjoying the moment and I almost teared up as it was so perfect. ”

”Hotel was clean and staff pleasant, but when they send you a text asking you contact them that way if there are any issues, so you do, and it takes them over 12 hours to respond, you do t wait that long and tell the front desk the same thing, THERE IS NO HOT WATER IN YOUR SHOWER. and their response is are you sure? After you ran the water for an HOUR trying to get it warm… their excuse was “we just opened that wing” of the hotel. Sadly we will NOT be staying here ever again. Cold showers are...

”Was promoted as a hotel which it is not. Check in was a nightmare arrived at night was left a map and key in an envelope to my cottage could barely read it. Roads to cottage were dark, small and not well marked, had difficulty finding the cottage. No where to eat or get a drink even coffee. People were in Clubhouse when I arrived but locked doors and would not open. This is a country club with some cottages for rent. You are on your own in the middle of nowhere. Would never go back.”
