”I booked this on my way home from a work trip in KS. I booked the particular motel in KS over other choices because it had a hot tub. when I got there, it was not working and wouldn't be for some time. So, I chose this property on the way home because it had a hot tub in hopes to make up for the one I missed out on at the other place. I got to the property and this hot tub had water in it. ”The room was functional & minimally furnished. The air conditioner was nice to have & easy to use. Unfortunately, we got a room right across from the elevator & it’s not a quiet area. There was a considerable gap in the door frame & allowed a lot of light into the room. The mattress was also in need of replacement & was uncomfortable. The shower pressure was good & water was hot. The breakfast options were a good selection.”

”Room smelt horrible of smoke asked for another room. They said that we didn’t have any went down to desk said we’re leaving then they miraculously came up with another room available. It smelt better but it was not very clean. It had dead bugs platter on the walls and the hallway smelt like weed so bad.”

”You get what you pay for, so my bad, for going the cheap route. But I had to wipe feces off the toilet seat! The refrigerator interior was clean but the exterior was just horrible. The bed had pretty flimsy sheets on it but the 3 pillows were fine. The mattress was passable but the spring support was like sleeping on a pull sofa bed. If you stay, I would recommend the top floor as a precaution. I was on the second floor and was kept up by stomping feet on the floor above for the longest time....

”It was one of the better places I have stayed. Friendly staff greeted us and was easy check in. As always happens there is something wrong. The elevator wasn't working during our 3 day stay and our rooms were on the second floor. We had 2 rooms and going to the second floor via the stairs would not normally be a problem but one of our party has health issues and climbing stairs was a problem.
