”This is one of the best airport hotels I’ve stayed in and I’ve stayed in a lot in NYC by both JFK and LGA. There’s 24-hour shuttle that runs every 30 min to and from JFK. Give yourself time because you need to get on the shuttle, and the shuttle takes 10-20 min to drive to the airport, and once at airport, walk to the Airtrain and ride it back into the airport which takes like 45-50 min. ”Hotels.com said that Wi-Fi is free. They charged it anyway. In reception they only said that the hotels.com reservation gives wrong info. Who can we trust? It is not very good for the customer if you buy something and then hotel says that’s not correct. Hotel was ok, parkywas easy but $40 per night. Noise was not as bad as someone said here before and it comes from the highway behind the hotel. ”
