”Overall a great place to stay as long as your not in the room right near the ice machine and elevator. Road noise can also be loud at night. Super clean, staff excellent, easy access to bar, restaurant and snacks.”

”When I entered my room, I found that the sink was half full of water and not draining. I didn't have a chance to see if it could get addressed as it was very late in the evening and I needed to sleep. The room was also pretty cold from the AC, which wasn't easy to adjust (pretty ancient unit with a colder/warmer knob, not temperature setting). Other than that, bed was comfortable and I got my night's sleep and got back on the road.”

”The hotel is just fine for our purpose of staying 1 night and then move on. The room was clean and comfortable enough. AC is noisy. We somehow missed the information on the breakfast finishing at 9AM, so be aware of this if you intend to sleep late.”

”Spacious room, well equipped. Very good breakfast with hot cooked options as well as motel breakfast standards. Easy access to highway but not too close. The down side to this property is there is no elevator and we are elderly, but if you call the morning of your check-in day, you can request a ground floor room. We did not try the outdoor pool. Single washer & dryer available. We stay here every year, very comfortable, good value.”

”The pool is ice cold. Hot tub is lukewarm with missing tiles in it, so be careful with small children. We had pee left over on the surrounding area of the toilet in our room. Curtains don’t close all the way so the light shined in all night from the parking lot. Missing lamp shade with bright white lights. It just looks like no one cares about this property from an ownership standpoint. Staff was very friendly. I didn’t feel like I needed to say anything to them, they did nothing wrong. Won’t...

”Our vehicle broke down near Pendleton. We were towed to Yakima and needed a room near the airport to pickup a rental to drive to Seattle. The hotel is clean and modern. The staff helpful and there are several restaurants nearby. The shuttle took us to the airport the next day and the hotel is very close to the airport.”

”Easy check in/check out, friendly welcoming staff. Loved the treat bags for our dogs. The room was very stylish, clean and comfortable. Amenities include a pool and workout room. For breakfast there was quite a variety of items to choose from. We enjoyed made to order eggs for breakfast with waffles! There was a nice greenbelt for our dogs potty breaks.”

”When I arrived at the property, the staff member was helpful. He accommodated me to a room that was clean, and with an easy access for my small dog to the back yard. The bathroom was a bit small and the toilet was low. It was hard to sit on it without losing my balance. The flush looks like it's about to overflow. The fridge under the sink looks like an in-house safe.”
