âVery poor lighting outside at night. Room was cramped, mattress super soft. The thermostat control was awful, it was either to cold or to hot. TV malfunctioning at night called down to desk who said to turn it off but control did not work. We had asked for another room prior to check in. She stated full but when I called to complain about the TV I was told they could change my room Hmmm⊠who was not telling the truth? Night shift female only wanted to be on phone. The man that checked us out...

âI stayed at this hotel after booking through Expedia and had a terrible experience. They tried to charge me $250 for a chair that was supposedly damaged, even though it was already broken when I arrived. Instead of handling the situation professionally, they immediately blamed me and attempted to force an unfair charge.
On top of that, the hotel claimed there was a â7-day stay policyâ through Expedia, which is completely false and was never disclosed during booking. It felt dishonest and...

âA cool, unique place in the heart of Lambertville. Everything was as described. The beds were very comfy and there were so many special touches in the house. Easy walk to shops and restaurants in Lambertville and New Hope. Great bike riding trail. Tom was an excellent host. We were there during record breaking heat and the air conditioner died. Tom had several new window units installed within hours and we were very comfortable. Highly recommend! â
