”Very neat and clean house. Lots of unique art in the house. Great breakfast with many choices. Only 1 mile from hospital if you need a overnight room. Highly recommended and cheaper than the area hotels.”

”Pool was closed. Rooms were dirty and no soap in the room my daughter stayed in. She checked out that first night. We never checked in. Couldn't check in till 5:30pm not like 3:00 as they said in the website. Hotel been in remodeling mode since December one staff member told us.”

”The staff member Virginia was was really really rude and unprofessional and she always has a bad attitude she should not be working there 😠 she has been very difficult and disrespectful as far as the other staff members which is Ashley and the cleaning lady they are very sweet very nice the property is very awesome the gym definitely needs to be worked on they need to fix the treadmill because it's not powering on the laundry is awesome the rooms are the best”

”Our stay at the Comfort Inn Cuyahoga Falls was average. All of the staff and people at the front desk were very pleasant and helpful. The lady working in the breakfast area in the morning was doing an outstanding job keeping up. The hotel itself and the rooms are not new and showing some age. Our room had a very bad smell- kind of like wet towels. There was a pool party happening while we were there, so kids were everywhere and playing on the staircase every time we went up or down. Definitely...

After using the patio by the pool we couldn’t back in to the pool area through the pool door and had to go through a conference room and back around through the lobby, there was no key pad for that door???? The pool and hot tub were very nice!”
