”Scam. Avoid. Their credit card machine was broken so I couldn't stay in the room I paid for because I couldn't pay their deposit and all their hidden fees. A cleaning feed, a utilities feed. Avoid like the plague. I stood there for over an hour waiting for them to fix it, instead of them waiving the deposit and letting me get some sleep. I had to get another hotel”

”Old, worn down hotel with very uninspired people. The first room I was given was terrible quality and so loud with street noise it was impossible to sleep. I was forced to pay for an upgrade to a "club" floor, which is basically the same room but comes with free soda, as it was the only room available that wasn't facing the street. IMO I should not have been charged for that.
Overall this is a 2-star hotel and I would avoid it if you can find any other options. It's about a 30min walk to...

”All rooms were spacious and very clean. Location is a quiet and parking was very convenient. The only suggestion is that for individuals who are chemically sensitive the air plug ins that are used are overwhelming. If you unplug them the smell quickly dissipates. I would highly recommend this rental.”

”The amount of space is good and it has the basics. Easy street parking. There was a strong smell in the unit, suspect it was incense, and it could have been cleaner. There were dead ants in the fridge and dirty dishes in the cupboards. The renter cannot control the temperature; you have to call the landlord to switch on AC or heat. She was very responsive to our requests and is very kind. But it is quite pricey for the quality.”

”A great rustic private place in the city! It looks fairly new. We had plenty of hot water for three of us! Fridge, a/c work well. Very quiet; no traffic noise! Might be a better place for only 2 people. It is difficult to get to the bathroom during sleeping hours from upstairs if the sleeper sofa is out. The bed upstairs is nice but the sleeper sofa is noisy and not really flat. Sleeper sofa works fine if you put the mattress on the floor. Great place for 2 people!”

”Liked the no contact part of the stay. Instructions for the property were clear. Public transportation is close and convenient. Not too far from downtown DC. Studio decorated nicely. Amenities were nice.
You can hear talking and walking from upstairs, but not too disruptive.
Overall wonderful stay.”
