”The hotel was very dirty. Carpets were in dire need of cleaning all throughout the facility. The faucet in the tub was leaking, there was black mold in the tub, hairs in bathroom and the deadbolt was broken. We could not stay there. I would like a full refund.”

”Breakfast was amazing, the view from our room was great. When we got there a staff member walked in on us within ten minutes of being in the room which made us a little uncomfortable. As we were leaving the next day a different staff member asked us if we checked out the minute we left out someone went into our room at 9:30am. It felt a bit rushed. The area itself was beautiful and certain staff were wonderful as well.”

”Picked the location partly due to having a pool for 3 kids. The sign says “closed for cleaning”. So you would think it’s closed for cleaning. The kids got up the next day and put their suits on before breakfast- sign still up. The front desk says the ceiling fell down and it is out for a couple of months.
