Check-in was smooth, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. It felt like great value for the price. I’d definitely consider staying here again when I need a hassle-free stop. ”

”Overall this is a really nice hotel on the Delaware. The rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast is delivered to the room free of charge, which is a nice touch. Upgrades are desperately needed. The walls are VERY thin. We could hear people talking until 2am. On top of that the heating system is loud and woke us up several times over night. When I complained to the clerk at check out he said they would look into it. No compensation offered for our lack of sleep. ”

Has a strong European vibe. … The location is fabulous - near cool bars and restaurants and a short walk to Independence Hall and other historic sites in the Old City. ”

”The lady who checked me in was beyond friendly and had such a welcoming smile. I wish I remembered her name. But she was a lovely and friendly lady. Exact type of person you want to have welcoming guests. ”

The employees themselves. cleaning staff the front desk staff. They were amazing very pleasant. Only one complaint. Bed was hard as a rock, but I definitely recommend this hotel.”
