”This place was prepped for our stay but not cleaned well at all. Pet oder was strong when we entered. We contemplated leaving but it was late so we did contact the host as VRBO suggested and she did come right away. She "re- made" the beds with new, clean sheets , replaced the maloderous towels with fresh towels, she addressed a couple of areas needing the most attention and we did stay. All the previous reviews that mention the problem with cleanliness are written spot on. Hire someone who...

”Andrea was the hostess with the mostess! She really made the place feel welcoming, especially with the chocolates on every night stand. She really has thought of everything so if you forget anything at home she will probably have it on hand for you! The house is very charming and cozy. It was too hot out so we were unable to enjoy the porch but it was such a cute cozy place to hang out! I couldn't recommend it more! It was by far the best experience we've had renting a place to stay. You will...

”The property was exactly as advertised. Brand new and one of the best thought out and planned vacation rentals we have stayed at. Everything was very modern, including the appliances and Wi-Fi, but it still had somewhat of a rustic country charm with the ship plank design and self done woodworking. The beds and linen were top-notch and very comfortable. There were electrical outlets where you wanted them and tables and nightstands where you would want them as well. The kitchen is fully stocked...

”Nice property, quiet lake. Check in was an hour late as the cleaners were still on site. A little annoying after a 4.5 hour drive. So we waited outside, but then they came to mow the lawn so it was awkward and we had no where to go. Also the fridge is broken but there is a second one in the basement which was better than nothing but inconvenient when cooking 3 meals a day for 8 people. We followed the instructions for how to add food to the upstairs fridge and keep it cool- but did not work....
