”This is not a hotel The bathroom was a disgrace, I didn’t stay moved onto another hotel”

”The bedroom & en suite were very tastefully decorated, with the decor exactly to our taste! The Bella Rose coffee shop was used throughout our stay & the staff were very welcoming & accommodating. The 15% discount was used each time we ate there which was a bonus as thought it might be a one-off. Peasholm Park on the doorstep was a huge plus too! My only criticism of our stay was that I made the owners aware that I was allergic to fur & feathers beforehand & I particularly queried any cushions...

”- The shale beach across the road was the most amazing I have ever seen. - The menu is misleading. My husband wanted NO ALCOHOL beer because he is allergic to alcohol. The NO ALCOHOL beer on the menu said 0.0% alcohol. What arrived was what the waitress said was NO ALCOHOL but it actually was 0.5% alcohol. We sent it back, and I did tell the waitress the menu was incorrect and that she should mention it to management, but she did not seem interested in doing anything about it.”

”Hotel very clean . Staff helpful. Breakfast brilliant. Only downside to this hotel is not enough parking for the rooms . For one night stay ended up paying £18 for parking car in other car parks”

Karen the host is bubbly and friendly, we had a very welcome cup of tea and shortbread on arrival, served in the lounge. Our room was peaceful, with sumptuous bedding, quality furniture, tv, tea/coffee facilities, powerful shower - all you need. Slept like a log. Our delicious breakfast was served...

”Suosittelen MonkBridge Housea kaikille Yorkissa majoittuville. Bnb sijaitsee hieman keskustan ulkopuolella, mutta matka keskustaan on nopea ja selkeä. Myös julkisella liikenteellä pääsee helposti kulkemaan. Majoitus itsessään oli loistava. Huone oli todella siisti, kotoisa ja kauniisti sisustettu. Kaikki oli selkeästi mietitty loppuun asti, jonka ansiosta yöpyminen sujui täysin ongelmitta. Omistajat Fiona ja Paul ovat hyvin ystävällisiä ja avuliaita. Paulin kokkaama aamiainen oli erittäin...

”Staff were very friendly and helpful. Free parking but a little tight. Breakfast with a small fee was excellent. Sink and refrigerator were nice. 2 free water bottles. 10-15 minutes from city center. The room in the loft was not good at all. The ceiling on some parts were so short so I hit my head twice. No window. Only one small skylight”
