Asunnot – Driffield

”Overall, we had an okay stay, but I feel the property was overpriced for what it offered. The location was convenient, around a 30-minute walk or 25-minute bus journey into York city centre. Having on-site parking was a real bonus, as was the nearby supermarket. We also appreciated the baby gate on the stairs, and our children loved sleeping in the bunk beds. ”The apartment was spacious and very clean and comfortable. Fab views of the sea and castle made up for having to climb three flights of stairs (no lift). Delicious breakfast at the hotel next door is a very reasonable £15 per head. Easy walk into the town centre/Peasholme Park/Open Air theatre. Very helpful staff.”

”The Sandy Feet Retreat was a beautiful property and in a great location. It was very clean and fully equipped for all your needs. The only downside with The Bay is the wooden sleepers used for the drive. They have them on all the properties and they are very uneven and extremely slippery when wet. Not great for people with mobility problems. Other than that a fantastic stay and I would definitely recommend to others.”

”Sandy Bay hideaway is in a great position, close to the pool, shop, pub and path to the beach, but is still very quite and relaxing. We enjoyed our trip, but sandy bay was visibly run down and just felt a little tired, with what looked like mould on my sons bedroom carpet floor, the bed bases looked old and mould round both shower floors / screens, a lot of paint work scuffed / faded in every room and some of the kitchen equipment / drawers were dirty and / or damaged, as well as the master...
